About the Program
Trane Technologies offers a variety of internship options for students with a knack for STEM subjects, as well as those with less technical career goals. Internships are available in areas like engineering, operations, marketing, analytics and data science, technical sales, and more. Regardless of internship function, interns will learn the ins and outs of the HVAC business as they grow their professional skills and networks, both with other interns and with full-time Trane employees.

Trane Technologies is a manufacturer of HVAC and refrigeration systems, the latter mainly for refrigerated transportation. Formerly a part of Ingersoll Rand, the company now operates independently. Its brands include Trane, Thermo King, and ICS Cool Energy. The company is headquartered in Swords, Ireland, with an American HQ in Davidson, North Carolina. It’s led by CEO Dave Regnery.
